Umbro Jacket Recall

Umbro, one of the great brands of my high school years, will recall of about 240 Umbro boy's outerwear jackets due to drawstrings that pose entrapment hazards. The problem that perceptiated the recall is that the jackets have an elastic drawstring around the waist that can snag or get caught in small spaces, trapping children. These jackets were only available at Ross.

There have been no injuries associated with the recalled jackets and their probably won't be. Still, you have an Umbro jacket it is worth making sure it is not one of the recalled jackets because it just takes one accident for a tragedy. Too many kids every year die of strangling from jackets and sweatshirts.
