Illinois Strikes Down Non-Economic Damages Cap
Illinois Supreme Court struck down their $500,000.00 cap on non-economic damages. I'll be writing more about Lebron v. Gottlieb Memorial Hospital tomorrow. But this is a big win for Plaintiffs.
