Yaz Cases Consolidated But Not in MDL

On the eve of the Yaz MDL hearing, the Drug Recall Lawyer Blog writes about the consolidation of Yaz cases in Pennsylvania. This is not a class action in the technical sense of the term but it does lead to consolidated discovery in the Yaz cases in Pennsylvania.
The hearing MDL Yaz consolidation hearing was today in Richmond but there will not be an immediate ruling.
